Memizy Slides operates on a "Local-First" basis. Presentation data, slides, and content are stored locally in your browser's storage (LocalStorage). We do not have a backend database that stores your presentations.

2. AI Interactions

When you use the AI features, you are responsible for copying the prompt and pasting the response. No data is automatically sent to any third-party AI server by our application. You control the data flow completely.

3. Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-focused analytics to understand website traffic (e.g., page views). We do not track your specific presentation content.

Terms of Service

1. Usage

Memizy Slides is provided "as is". You are free to use it for personal and commercial presentations.

2. Liability

We are not liable for any data loss. Since data is stored locally in your browser, it is your responsibility to export your projects (JSON/HTML) regularly. Clearing your browser cache may result in data loss.

3. AI Content

Content generated by AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is subject to the terms of those respective services. We are not responsible for the accuracy or copyright of AI-generated content.
